european patent kipaWhen a European patent application is granted by the European Patent Office (EPO), and the granted patent is published, it must be validated in the previously designated European states where patent protection is desired. This involves filing documents with national patent offices.  In many cases, a translation of part or all of the patent is required. We maintain a network of European representatives in all member states of the European Patent Convention (EPC), to provide validations of European granted patents.
KIPA can prepare and file the necessary translations with the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV) directly.
