Martin – Your Expert in Intellectual Property

Martin is a highly experienced and qualified expert in intellectual property, with specialized knowledge in mechanics, physics, and medical devices. He has extensive experience across all fields of IP, with a particular focus on prosecution and litigation.

We have been delighted to have Martin as part of our team at KIPA since December 2020. Before joining us, he worked in both private practice and the industry, including GM in Rüsselsheim and Volvo Cars in Gothenburg. Martin’s career in intellectual property began in 1999 at one of Sweden’s largest IP firms.

Martin also boasts an impressive track record in education and examination. Since 2004, he has been involved in the work of the examination committees for the EQE (European Qualifying Examination), drafting and marking papers for candidates. Additionally, he is appointed by the Swedish Government to act as a technical expert in patent court proceedings.
