Martin has expertise within the areas of mechanics, physics, and medical devices. He has experience from all fields of IP, especially prosecution and litigation. Prior to joining KIPA in December 2020, Martin worked in both private practice and for the industry (GM in Rüsselsheim and Volvo Cars in Gothenburg), starting in 1999 at one of Sweden’s largest IP firms.
Since 2004, Martin participates in the work of examination committees for the EQE (European Qualifying Examination), drafting and marking papers of candidates. Also, Martin is appointed by the Swedish Government to act as technical expert in patent court proceedings.
