At yesterday’s Science for Lunch at Medicon Village, expert IPR company KIPA hosted a knowledge sharing session on Big Pharma thinking in mergers and acquisitions, with Amgen‘s acquisition of deCODE genetics as a case, sharing hands-on experience from both sides. With Thorlakur Jonsson, former IP director at deCODE genetics, and Marie Mannerlöf (Before Tenning), who recently joined host KIPA AB from an in-house IP director position at Johnson & Johnson.
