Four vouchers will be now available for applications:
• Voucher 1 – IP Scan services
- IP Scan (Intellectual Property Pre-diagnostic) – Save 90 % on expert advice and guidance for your intellectual property strategy
- IP Scan Enforcement – Save 90 % on expert advice if you are facing issues related with Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) infringement.
• Voucher 2 – Trade marks and designs
- Save 75 % on national, regional and EU trade marks and/or designs applications.
- Save 50 % on international trade marks and/or designs applications.
• Voucher 3 – Patents
- Save 75 % on ‘Prior Art Search’ reports and national patent applications.
- Save 75 % on filing fee and search fee for European patent applications.
- Save 50 % on legal costs for European patent application drafting and filing.
• Voucher 4 – Community Plant Varieties
- Save 75 % on online application fee and examination fee for Community plant varieties
